Simpra Foods, our company, is a young and dynamic organization formed in the year 2018. We seek to operate successfully within the Food & Beverage category by introducing new food concepts in the UAE & Oman.

We have successfully launched and are presently operating brands like Yugo Sushi (Locally developed Sushi and Bento concept), Shanghai Station (Homegrown brand serving Chinese and Thai food), Poke & Ceviche (create unique fusion bowls of Poke & Ceviche), J’s Kitchen (Gourmet world cuisine), Yugo Bakery, Café Yugo (Coffee and sandwich concept), in Multiple locations including operating entire Food and Beverage Operations in two 4* Hotels in Dubai (Leva – 170 rooms and Lotus Retreat – 200 rooms)

Mr. Harmeet has a proven 30 years of experience in services delivery, cybersecurity, LEA solutions and creating new startup ventures in the Technology space.
He has created the business house Simpra which has been actively providing IT Systems Integration services specializing in LEA and Cyber Security domains in GCC. Key investments of Simpra include Rockley Photonics USA, Astrocast Switzerland, Axis Enery Group Australia, Instadeal USA, Altrosmart USA, Amiseq (USA & India), Moms Belief India,

Mr Harmeet is an Economics graduate with Management Degree in Marketing. Over the last 15 years, Harmeet has been to Law school and has undergone numerous technological

Mr. Himanshu Chhajed – CFO
Mr. Himanshu has a proven track record in wealth management for a diverse set of high net-worth companies across international markets. His keen analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are quintessential skills for his role. He brings to Simpra a considerable experience spanning market cycles in various aspects of wealth management including structuring, credit solutions, legacy & estate planning. He started his career in 2003, specializing in wealth management & asset allocation concepts. He brings more than 18 years of experience across leading insurance, NBFC and Banking firms. He had been employed with firms like ICICI Prudential, Citibank India & Dubai, Standard Chartered Bank. He has earned his postgraduate degree in Business Management from Mumbai University

Mr. Pawan Kumar Jain - CEO
Chef Pawan started his career with India’s finest hotels – The Taj Hotels and The Oberoi Group. His first assignment in Dubai was with the Jumeirah Group as Executive Chef. He was also instrumental in the success of Pizza Express (the Pizza Chain from UK) in the UAE. As GM he took the company from two outlets to eight outlets in three years. He is also the man behind numerous other brands such as Baguette Express, Noodle Express, Punjabi By Nature, Bay Leaf, Senora Hawkers, Jahangir’s Kitchen, BolGappa, to name a few. As the CEO and Operating Partner at Simpra he has launched Successful brands like Yugo Sushi, Shanghai Station, J’s Kitchen, Yugo Bakery, Café Yugo and Poke Bowl. He has been a Chef on cooking shows on TV and also has had his recipes published regularly in the local publications along with being the brand ambassador for numerous food brands.

Mr. Soham Changrani - General Manager
Post completion of his education in Hospitality Management from IHM Goa, Mr. Soham started his career with a renowned international hotel chain – Hilton Mumbai continuing his journey with Hakkasan for over 4 years opening Yauatcha – a Michelinstarred restaurant across 4 metropolitan cities in India. He moved to gain some international experience and was the brain behind opening other cuisines to build his profile namely Mikado Café – Japanese, Chez Amy’s – Multi cuisine, Thai Bistro by Amy’s and Streetery food hall – South East Asian. With over 10 years of work experience in the field of F&B, Mr. Soham is now part of the Simpra group and is in-charge of managing brands like Yugo Sushi, Shanghai Station, J’s Kitchen & Poke & Ceviche.
